My kids love this delicious Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip.
I remember, as a child, helping my mom bake chocolate chip cookies. I couldn’t resist licking the bowl, the beater, and the spatula, eating the uncooked, raw cookie dough.
Back then, the eggs came straight from our chickens in our chicken coop. There didn’t seem to be as much concern of getting food poisoning from the eggs as there is today.
Now, I still can’t resist eating raw cookie dough and neither can my kids. Do you like it too? If so, you will enjoy this recipe as much as I do, because it doesn’t have any eggs!
Ingredients for Cookie Dough Dip
1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chip morsels
Instructions for Cookie Dough Dip
In a mixing bowl, cream together sugars and butter. Beat in vanilla and milk. Then add flour a little at a time. Gently stir in mini chocolate chip morsels. Grab your spoon and enjoy! Refrigerate uneaten dough (if there is any left) to enjoy later.
Serve as a dip with Graham Crackers or “Scooby Snacks.”
