Garden Structures for Kids
Structure can add interest and fun to your garden!
It can be anything you can place outside that won’t get ruined or disintegrate while going through the weather you have where you live. Structure can be things you don’t usually find outside, or things you find in nature.
Go to your local garden center and look around. There are lots of fun structures for kids to add to their garden.
My mom always uses interesting things in her gardens such as; old pottery, old farm implements, kitchen utensils, and glass bottles.
You can use rocks, logs, benches, boxes, statues, pottery, lighting, bird baths, bird feeders, birdhouses, fountains, boots/shoes, wooden containers, and more for garden structures.
Fun items for kids: Kid-sized table and chairs, homemade stepping stones, tea cups/pots, fairy houses, chimes, bells, metal flowers, and garden spinners. The ultimate garden structure for kids, a playhouse!
Just use your imagination, as long as the neighbors don’t complain!
