This is a simple spice mix that is great on meats and vegetables. Mix it with lemon juice and oil to make French Dressing.
Personally, I am not a huge fan of french dressing. My daughter found my French Dressing Spice Mix in the cupboard while looking for spices to season her chicken with. She smelled it and asked if she could try it. “Sure,” I said. It was “Mmmm…” as she put it.
I started trying it on all kinds of things. Beef, fish, potatoes, just to name a few. All delicious. I will share some recipes later. Give it a try, tell me what you think.
