We rarely get a “fancy” breakfast around our house, because everyone seems to grab something quick and goes on their way. This omelet recipe gives the kids a chance to slow down a little and think about what they are having for breakfast.
It is also perfect when your kids have sleepovers and you need to feed a group for breakfast. You can cook most of these items the night before and put them out in bowls, kinda like taco night.

Create Your Own Omelet Instructions
We gave them each a small bowl and 2 eggs to cook. We had multiple omelet fillings for the girls to choose from. They cooked their eggs about half way in a small omelet pan.
Then they added the fillings of their choice and poured them in to lightly greased mini fluted tube pan.
Help them bake the omelets until they were firm, turn them over onto a plate, add the toppings of their choice, and enjoy.
