Gardening season is coming up! This is the time of year when I get really excited about the new year and new plans. I pull my garden records from last year out and remember what I did right and what I did wrong. What do I need to do differently this year to make my garden the best ever?
A while back my two daughters started asking about goats. They wanted to keep and raise goats. They wanted kids also. We had no real place to put them. We have a couple of small barns to keep beekeeping and gardening supplies, but nothing large enough for animals.
We have several different varieties on our homestead, so that we have raspberries all season long. Each variety needs to be pruned once a year, but the methods for pruning of Summer-Bearing Raspberries and Ever-Bearing/Fall-Bearing Raspberries are very different.
