Simple Black Bean Soup is a super easy recipe my kids love to make on a cool fall day. It is delicious on it’s own, but you can pour it over rice for extra flavor and nutrition.
After spending the end of the summer canning and putting up our harvests from the garden, it’s time to use them. Salsa is a big treat around here and we have lots of recipes we use it in. This is one of them.
