We have several different varieties on our homestead, so that we have raspberries all season long. Each variety needs to be pruned once a year, but the methods for pruning of Summer-Bearing Raspberries and Ever-Bearing/Fall-Bearing Raspberries are very different. I have been looking for a long time for an oatmeal cookie recipe that comes out moist and chewy. I finally found one, but of course, I had to tweak it a little (well, a lot) to make it even more delicious.
These homemade biscuits taste best about two minutes after they come out of the oven. They are delicious, when paired with almost any gravy or with fried eggs at breakfast! Perfect with butter, honey, or homemade jelly!
